The mission of ocean partnership for children is to help youth struggling with behavioral health and development challenges to stay at home, in school and safe in the community through the provision of care management services. OPC employs a unique and proven model of WRAP around services, which utilizes community and natural supports for the youth and families in need. As an integral part of the new jersey children's system of care, OPC is one of fifteen care management organizations throughout the state but focuses soley on providing care management services in ocean county, NJ.
