The primary TAX-exempt purpose is to further human scientific and engineering knowledge in a broad array of aerospace related disciplines through investigational and developmental research; to build OHIO's aerospace economy through research and technology, education and training, and collaboration and information exchange. To further the scientific and engineering education of doctoral level graduate and continuing education students through aerospace research in cooperation with, and as a consortium of, colleges and universities in OHIO, and to stimulate academic, governmental and private sector support of and cooperation with such education. To sponsor, promote and disseminate aerospace research in cooperation with, and as a consortium of, colleges and universities in OHIO; to stimulate academic, governmental and private sector support of and cooperation with such research; and to develop aerospace research and graduate education resources in OHIO.
