Started in 1989, ODVN mobilizes a statewide voice on domestic violence and promotes quality services for survivors that focus on safety and self- determination. (ODVN) advances the principle that ALL people have the right to an oppression and violence-free life, fosters changes in our economic, social and political systems and brings leadership, expertise and BEST practices to community programs.
