Oregon worker relief is organized exclusively for the promotion of social welfare within the scope of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, as amended, including for such purpose: to provide disaster relief for oregonians that face economic and systemic hardship and do not qualify for traditional forms of relief or benefits.

501(h) election

This 501(c)(3) has NOT elected 501(h) — lobbying is permitted but limited under the vaguer "no substantial part of activities" test.
