The pasco l. Schiavo memorial charitable fund exists to make distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt under the internal revenue code. Its primary purpose is to support educational and humanitarian projects within the hazleton AREA community, defined by the boundaries of the hazleton AREA school district and the weatherly AREA school district. Secondarily, the fund may support charitable projects beyond those geographic boundaries.
