About

The specific purpose of this corporation is the promotion of health through the conduct of the following activities: 1. The development, establishment, operation and maintenance of a network of pharmacies, whether by ownership, contractual relationships or otherwise, which provide for the dispensing or distribution of drugs, pharmaceuticals and other goods, products or supplies and the performance of services related thereto in connection with the diagnosis, treatment and care of persons with human immunodeficiency virus ("HIV"), acquired immune deficiency syndrome ("AIDS"), and other health or medical illnesses, diseases, symptoms, syndromes or consequences arising out of or related to HIV or AIDS (collectively for this purpose "HIV/AIDS patients"); 2. The promotion, enhancement, support and conduct of scientific and medical research, DRUG trials and other testing programs with regard to drugs, pharmaceuticals or other goods, products or supplies used in connection with or otherwise advancing the diagnosis, treatment and care of HIV/AIDS patients; 3. The promotion, enhancement, support and conduct of education, both medical and general, related to drugs, pharmaceuticals or other goods, products or supplies used in connection with or otherwise advancing the diagnosis, treatment and care of HIV/AIDS patients and to the charitable purposes and activities of this corporation;
