Plan International USA is a global international development and humanitarian organization that advances children's rights and equality for girls. In Fiscal Year 2025, our programs reached more than 49 million children worldwide, including over 26 million girls. We worked with communities in more than 80 countries to strengthen education, health, child protection and youth economic empowerment, supporting children's access to safe learning environments and helping families overcome barriers such as school fees, distance and discrimination. Our teams built and rehabilitated classrooms, provided school meals and ensured inclusive learning opportunities for children affected by crisis. In regions impacted by conflict, displacement, and natural disaster across the globe, Plan's humanitarian teams and their local partners delivered food, nutrition support, and psychosocial support to individuals and communities in need. We also partnered with young people to strengthen vocational skills and create sustainable livelihoods through nearly 100 youth employment and entrepreneurship projects. Through these efforts, Plan is breaking down barriers so children can learn, lead, decide and thrive, building a future where we are all equal.
