To provide persons with intellectual disabilities, mental illness and other disabling conditions with opportunities to achieve goals and to more fully participate in their community. PRS encourages socialization and relationship building as well as employment training and placement, recreational and therapeutic services to enable a person to live and grow at their optimum potential with ALL rights afforded to them as citizens.
