Sheltering ARMS institute (SAI) was created as a collaboration by sheltering ARMS hospital and VCU health to reinvent rehabilitation for life beyond limits.as a national leader in rehabilitation medicine, SAI delivers personalized care in an environment that supports recovery and restores possibility through the integration of collaborative science and research, inter-professional education, community engagement, and stewardship.
