RepresentUs is America's leading nonpartisan grassroots organization working for a government accountable to the people. Represent.Us (RU) is a national, nonpartisan 501(c)(4) organization that unites people from all backgrounds to defend democracy, root out corruption, mobilize action, and support campaigns at every level to hold leaders accountable and build a political system that truly serves the public. Currently, political leaders are enriching themselves, dismantling checks and balances, and silencing those who stand in their way. The institutions meant to protect our democracy are under attack and the stakes couldn't be higher. As a result, RU is working to expose this corruption and build a government that works for the people, by: -Pressing key members of Congress to uphold their oath and defend democracy -Mobilizing local communities to demand accountability and win lasting reform.
