To provide funds to or for the benefit of rochester regional health and affiliates by:a) soliciting, accepting, holding, investing, reinvesting and administering ANY gifts, bequests, devises, benefits of trusts and propery of ANY SORT, without limitation as to amount or value;b) using, disbursing or donating the income or principal thereof exclusively for the foregoing purposes; ANDC) performing ANY other ACT or thing incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof.
