Saint francis healthcare real estate (the organization) is organized and will be operated for the purpose of owning and maintaining real property that is used by saint francis healthcare system (a related not-for-profit corporation) and its NON-profit affiliates in furtherance of their nonprofit, TAX-exempt, religious, and charitable purposes including ALL manner of activities the objectives of which shall be the promotion of health, the provision of relief to the poor, distressed and underprivileged, the advancement of education and science, the lessening of the burdens of government and the promotion of the social welfare through accomplishment of the foregoing in the healthcare field.
