Seacoast affiliated group practice (SAGP) is a network of community-based physicians affiliated with ANNA jaques hospital (AJH or hospital). These practices are committed to improving the health of the communities served by AJH and SAGP by providing high quality, personalized health care with compassion, dignity and respect for patient rights in a cost effective and safe environment.
