Providing adult day care services and programs of ALL-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE) services to elders in the springfield massachusetts community. Services include entertainment activities and stimulation, transportation to and from the facility, as well as to and from medical appointments, and the provision of two hot meals and one snack PER day. The organization also provides care and services to meet patients healthcare needs to program of ALL-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE) eligible participants.
