Our mission is to provide our students with an atmosphere of academic freedom and intellectual challenge, the necessary resources to help them develop high cultural and ethical values, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity, linguistic and technological skills as well as personal and professional skills required for success in their professions and their daily lives. Also we promote the integral development of a diverse student population through research, critical-creative thinking, the construction of knowledge and its application. Furthermore, we promote the development of ethical principles and values that will allow them to contribute to the wellbeing of the community through their knowledge of social systems and their role as responsible citizens.
