At the close of 2024, skookum managed operations in 14 states plus the district of columbia, and employed over 1,700 people. Skookum remains an employer of choice for veterans, particularly veterans with disabilities. As in previous years, approximately one quarter of skookum employees were veterans with a service connected disability, and over 100 of these employees were combat disabled.
