Planning and development districts were created to address the diverse needs of the residents in rural areas. South delta planning and development district, INC. Is a NON-profit organization serving SIX counties and thirty-five municipalities. It's major purpose is to apply for, receive and administer a wide range of programs which CAN positively affect the lives of the residents of the delta AREA as well as improve the economy of the AREA.
