The mission of regional mental health center is as follows: a. To provide a cost-effective, consumer-driven continuum of preventative, consulatative and direct-treatment behavioral health services. B. To strategically position the center for long-term financial viability. C. To plan, evaluate, and seek continuous improvement of the center's services through broad-based processes. D. To educate the public and advocate for the needs of the mentally ILL, emotionally disturbed, and chemically dependent. E. To provide research and training opportunities that fall appropriately within the field of mental health and chemical dependency.
