To assist and support individuals currently or formerly employed by time warner cable INC. Or its affiliates who are the victims of a catastrophe and disaster by: (a) providing financial assistance, social services, and other support services; and (b) making grants to other organizations to assist people and communities impacted by catastrophes and disaster.
