The purpose of the corporation is to support meadow OAKS education foundation and other charter educational organizations located in the USA, in order to (i) facilitate charter school campus development projects, including designing, financing, holding title to the property and leasing the developments, including collecting indirect grants from government agencies and paying expenses incidental to such activities, for the purpose of providing affordable facilities for public charter schools at or below market rates, and (II) facilitate the attainment of higher education by providing college tuition assistance in the form of scholarships and grants for charter school graduates.
