ST. ANN's community, also known as ST. ANN's of greater rochester, INC., offers a continuum of services for seniors in the greater rochester AREA through these affiliated organizations: ST. ANN's home for the AGED, ST. ANN's nursing home company, INC., chapel OAKS, INC., ST. ANN's foundation, INC., ST. ANN's senior housing, INC., and ST. ANN's greens of leroy, INC. ST. ANN's home is a 376 BED licensed skilled nursing facility. Specialized care offered in this facility includes 64 units dedicated to providing short-term post-acute rehabilitation and complex medical services, and 36 units providing dementia care. ST. ANN's home also operates home connection, a 30 SLOT medical adult day program, and adult day program at durand, a 36 SLOT medical adult day program.
