The mission is to aid men in their mental, moral and social development for life. The fraternity was established to contribute to the advancement of society through the personal growth of our members and service to others. The fraternity has 232 active chapters and emerging chapters located throughout the united states and canada. Each chapter is a separate entity having its own constitution and bylaws.
