To establish, operate, manage, promote, and cultivate educational related activities for the students and faculty of the SUNY downstate health sciences university. In addition, the foundation provides aid to the students, faculty and administration of the center to further their education and studies, work, living, and CO-curricular activities in collaboration and coordination with the educational goals of the center.
