Is a NON-profit organization governed by a patient majority board of directors. The lakes community health center, INC. Provides care to everyone, including those with private insurance, those with medicaid and medicare (government insurance), and those without insurance. In addition, the lakes community health center, INC. Provides comprehensive, integrated, whole person care including medical, dental, behavioral health, recovery, chiropractic, optometry, OT/ST/PT therapies, dietetic and prescription services.
