To benefit children and grandchildren of the contractors members of the PENN-DEL-jersey chapter of the national electrical contractors' association of america (NECA), full-time employees of NECA members not working under a collective bargaining agreement and children and grandchildren of NECA staff employees and their families, with scholarship awards.
