The second baptist school foundation, is organized for the purposes of assisting and contributing to the academic, physical growth and development of the second baptist school, a private school founded in 1947 and situated in houston, TX. To this END, the foundation is empowered to solicit and accept appropriate gifts and bequests to be used to further such purpose, specifically including but not limited to the provision of financial assistance to worthy students of the school.
