NEDA is a nonprofit community development corporation whose mission is to strengthen the vitality of low-income neighborhoods within the city of ST. PAUL, by creating and preserving housing and business opportunities for residents of ALL income levels. NEDA has expanded that mission to serve the 7-county metro AREA - with a focus in minneapolis and ST. PAUL - in regards to its homeownership counseling and financial literacy programs.
