To provide, promote and coordinate community services in aiken county for individuals with autism, head and spinal CORD injuries, and mental retardation, to maximize independence, safeguard and support human rights and dignity, and achieve community inclusion; and to provide education and resources to the public to help in the understanding and prevention of autism, head and spinal CORD injuries, and mental retardation.
