The exempt purpose of the union county college foundation (foundation) is to undertake activities for the general benefit of UCNJ union college of union county, NJ (college), its students, faculty, staff, facilities and programs that will support and advance the mission of the college. The foundation focuses particularly on providing scholarships and other assistance to qualifying students.
