The mission of the agency is to create opportunities for people with disabilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives. The mission of the agency is to empower people through innovative solutions, one person at a time.currently, approximately 20,000 individuals receive services annually from the agency. These services include preschool and school-AGE programs, residential programs, day programs, vocational programs and medical and support services.
