A ministry of the Sisters of Charity of St Augustine, the Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland (SCFC) works to improve the lives of those most in need with special attention to families and children living in poverty. We strive to reduce homelessness, support the ministries of Catholic Sisters and resolve health and educational disparities for individuals and families in Cleveland's Central Neighborhood.
