The foundation is committed to enhancing the quality of life of children with commercial health insurance who are 16 years old and younger, living in the regions where unitedhealthcare does business across the united states. The foundation shall endeavor to help pay for services or items that have the potential of significantly enhancing either the clinical condition or the quality of life of the child and that are not fully covered by the available commercial health insurance.
