To assist the faculty of the department of pediatrics at the university at buffalo in the delivery of health care, improve the ability of the faculty to perform clinical research, maximize resources to foster academic, research and clinical programs, recruit and retain targeted teaching physicians and encourage and support the personal growth and professional development of the faculty of the department of pediatrics.
