The UW-green BAY foundation furthers the mission of UW-green BAY, a public university, by developing and increasing opportunities for students primarily in the areas other than those in which the state of wisconsin ordinarily makes appropriations. The foundation attracts, manages, and distributes private resources, donated by friends of the university, that: fund student scholarships; renovate or construct academic or recreational facilities; fund endowed faculty positions; support research; and fund educational activities to enhance the learning environment.
