Safe Harbor Behavioral Health of UPMC Hamot (Safe Harbor) is a Pennsylvania state non-profit, federally tax exempt entity that provides comprehensive outpatient services for the mental, emotional and behavioral health needs of all of those in the Erie County community of Pennsylvania.
