Established in 1896, volunteers of america is a national, nonprofit, faith-based organization providing services such as housing and healthcare to more than 2 million people in over 400 communities each year. In support of that mission, volunteers of america home health services was organized and is operated to engage in, advance, support, promote, and administer the development of health, housing, and supportive services, and the alleviation of poverty, human suffering, and distress.
