The purpose of the corporation as defined in the certificate of incorporation is to provide nursing home accommodations for SICK, invalid, infirm, disabled or convalescent persons of low income and to this END, to plan, construct, erect, build, acquire, alter, reconstruct, rehabilitate, own, maintain, and operate a nursing home project pursuant to the LAWS and provisions of the public health law.
