Quality, and costs of child welfare, child placement, juvenile justice, behavioral health care for corporate, private, and governmental purchasers and consumers of services of the corporation or its contracted human service providers; and providing management servicesand technical assistance related to the provision of such care. The corporation provides such services through human service providers, and is primarily a vehicle for coordination of services by those organizations.
