Kent Haden is a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 43 since January 2019. Born in 1955 in Fulton, Missouri, he has won election to the seat three times without a loss, in a career spanning 2018 to 2026. He has twice sponsored legislation to limit who may inspect farms in Missouri, proposing that only state or federal agencies or the county sheriff could inspect facilities producing dairy products or raising livestock; the bill was first introduced in April 2019 and reintroduced in January 2020.
