Chuck Hall is an American politician and banker who represents District 20 in the Oklahoma State Senate, having taken office in November 2018 after defeating Democratic challenger Heady Coleman with about 70% of the vote. A graduate of East Central University, he built a career in local politics in his hometown of Perry, Oklahoma, serving as city treasurer beginning in 1995, on the city council starting in 2001, and as mayor from 2007 to 2013, when he resigned to join the board of directors of the Oklahoma City Branch of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank. Hall has also served as chairman and CEO of the Exchange Bank in Perry, continuing a family banking tradition dating to the 1930s.
