Diane Linthicum is an American politician who is a Republican member of the Oregon State Senate, representing District 28, which covers all of Klamath County and outlying parts of Deschutes and Jackson Counties. She began her current term on January 13, 2025, having won election in 2024 without a loss in her electoral activity since 2020. She succeeded her husband, Dennis Linthicum, who previously held the seat but was ruled ineligible to seek re-election after accumulating unexcused absences during the 2023 Oregon Senate walkout, under the terms of Measure 113.
