Luke Torian is an American politician and Democratic member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 24 in the Prince William County suburbs of Washington, D.C., with his current term beginning January 10, 2024. He has served in the House since 2010, and has chaired the Appropriations Committee and served on the General Laws and Rules Committee, as well as previously on the Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources Committee and the Counties, Cities and Towns Committee. He was born May 30, 1958, in Roxboro, and attended Howard University, Virginia Union University, and Winston-Salem State University.
