Bill Allemand is an American politician and Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives for the 58th district, having taken office on January 2, 2023, after winning election in 2022. On December 28, 2025, he was arrested in Johnson County, Wyoming, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol; officers reported he stated he drinks while driving for anxiety, and noted additional alcohol and a loaded pistol in his vehicle. His 2022 campaign was financed in part by contributions from Carleen and Daniel Brophy, with Daniel Brophy, a former Chicago commodities trader, identified as Wyoming's largest individual primary donor that cycle.
