Expresses the sense of the Congress honoring the 50th anniversary of the Supreme Court decision in Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka.
Encourages all people of the United States to recognize the importance of that decision. Declares that, by celebrating the anniversary, the Nation will be able to refresh and renew the importance of equality in society.
