States that Esidronio Arreola-Saucedo, Maria Elena Cobian Arreola, Nayely Bibiana Arreola, and Cindy Jael Arreola shall be eligible for the issuance of immigrant visas or for adjustment of status to that of aliens lawfully admitted for permanent residence.
