Authorizes the Secretary of a military department to provide services in support of chaplain-led programs to assist active duty military personnel, reserve personnel in active status, and their immediate family members in building and maintaining a strong family structure. Includes within such support services costs of transportation, food, lodging, child care, supplies, fees, and training materials for program participants.
