Acknowledges the deepening relationship between the United States and the Republic of Djibouti and recognizes the support and assistance it has provided in combating terrorism. Applauds the Republic of Djibouti for welcoming the presence of U.S. military forces for training and other purposes, and encourages expanded relations between the two countries on issues of importance to the both of them, including assistance programs aimed at promoting economic development in Djibouti.
