Calista Energy and Economic Revitalization Act - Instructs the Secretary of Energy to provide grants and loan guarantees to the Calista Regional Corporation (Alaska) to assist in the construction of the Calista Energy Project.
Limits the Federal share of construction costs, as well as the total amount of such grants and loan guarantees.
