Private Firefighter, Ambulance Crew, and Immediate Responder Fairness Act of 2003 - Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to include within the definition of "public safety officer" for purposes of provisions governing public safety officer death benefits any firefighter, rescue squad, or ambulance crew member who is performing official duties for a private company or organization that has a contractual or mutual aid agreement with a public agency to provide fire suppression, rescue, or ambulance services.
