(This measure has not been amended since it was reported to the Senate on October 28, 2003. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Amends the John F. Kennedy Center Act to authorize appropriations for FY 2004 through 2008 to the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts for: (1) maintenance, repair, and security; and (2) capital projects. (Authorizes such appropriations for capitol projects in a specified amount for each of FY 2007 and 2008 which is less than any of those amounts specified for each of FY 2004, 2005, and 2006.)
